One East Sussex is our shared plan for a single council to serve all our communities.
The ambition is for a strong and forward-looking unitary authority to deliver quality, joined-up services which are value for money.
The new body would begin work in 2028, replacing the six current local councils.
It is designed to be simpler for residents, stronger financially and able to transform services by working more closely together.
